Our Store Policies
In order to conduct business, we must have a set of ground rules. Our policies serve as boundaries for our relationship with customers. Please review these policies prior to ordering. By ordering, you are in effect agreeing to our policies.
Payment
Our Web site processes payments immediately upon placement of your order. When you buy an item, funds are transferred instantly, except when an item is out of stock. If your order is on backorder, our secure server will delay payment processing until the item ships.
Shipping
All orders placed before 1pm PST will be shipped the same day, except for the following circumstances...
- International orders: Please allow 1-2 days for us to gain approval from your credit card bank.
- Non-matching credit card orders: We only ship orders where the provided billing address and card security code match the records of your credit card company. When the information does not match, shipping will be delayed until we obtain either the correct information from the customer or approval from the bank.
- Out of stock items: If an item is noted as out of stock, we can't ship it until we have it! When items are out of stock, clear notice will be posted.
Returns
Returns are designed to help you decide whether or not you actually want an item. This decision should not take long. Returns are accepted for 20 days from the date we ship. If we ship on the 1st, it must be returned to us by the 21st. If the 20th day falls on a weekend, the item must be received by the following Monday.
If the item is received after the 20th day — even one day — we'll have to return it to you and the purchase will be final. Items must be in new condition. Postage and purchases of additional batteries are non-refundable.
Due to the time sensitive nature of returns, it is a good idea to use a fast method of shipping that includes tracking.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted under the same guidelines as returns. Items must be in new condition and arrive within 20 days of the original shipping date.
Defective/Broken Items
We test our merchandise thoroughly prior to shipping, but sometimes things happen. If you experience a defect within the warranty period, we owe you either a repair or a replacement. We will cover any shipping charges incurred as a result of the replacement, either as a credit to your credit card or as pre-paid postage.
