The injection molded door features a quick-flip design, allowing it to be reversed in seconds. A locking paddle latch keeps your dog secure and allows for easy one-handed operation. Strategically placed ventilation holes help keep your dog cool, while the pitched floor directs water into side drain channels for quick cleanup. The Lucky Kennel features a lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required, and the warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.

Please contact Lucky Duck directly by phone or email to discuss a potential warranty issue and to receive a return authorization number if applicable. Damaged product must be returned to Lucky Duck at the customer's expense. If the warranty applies, Lucky Duck will repair or replace the kennel and/or its components at no cost, and ship it back at no cost.

The warranty does not include: damage from abuse, misuse or neglect; pet-related wear and tear (including chewing and scratching); normal wear and tear (fading, discoloration, slight warping); alterations or modifications; impact-related damage from an accident or other event; damage from any act of nature; or use for any purpose it was not intended.
