CTSCA Disclosure
California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (CTSCA) Disclosure
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
Lucky Duck is committed to conducting business ethically and supporting efforts to eliminate human trafficking and slavery from global supply chains. We expect our suppliers and business partners to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate.
The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (California Civil Code Section 1714.43) requires certain retail sellers and manufacturers doing business in California to disclose their efforts to address the risks of human trafficking and slavery within their supply chains. Lucky Duck provides the following information regarding our current practices.
Verification
Lucky Duck evaluates suppliers based on a variety of business factors, including product quality, reliability, regulatory compliance, and business reputation. While we do not currently conduct formal third-party verification specifically for the purpose of evaluating risks related to human trafficking or slavery, we reserve the right to review supplier practices when concerns are identified.
Supplier Audits
Lucky Duck does not currently conduct independent, unannounced audits of suppliers specifically to evaluate compliance with laws regarding human trafficking or slavery.
Supplier Certification
Lucky Duck expects its suppliers to comply with all applicable federal, state, and international laws, including laws prohibiting forced labor, human trafficking, and slavery. At this time, we do not require suppliers to provide a separate written certification specifically addressing compliance with these laws.
Internal Accountability
Lucky Duck is committed to conducting business with integrity. Employees are expected to comply with our ethical standards and applicable laws while performing their responsibilities. Concerns regarding unethical or unlawful conduct may be reported to management for review and appropriate action.
Training
Lucky Duck does not currently provide formal training specifically focused on human trafficking and slavery risks within our supply chain. As our business grows, we will continue to evaluate opportunities to strengthen our supply chain oversight and employee awareness.
Our Commitment
Lucky Duck recognizes the importance of ethical sourcing and responsible business practices. We are committed to maintaining relationships with suppliers who share our values of integrity, lawful business conduct, and respect for human rights. We will continue to evaluate our supply chain practices and make improvements as appropriate.
